This is a second request - I spoke with Tammy over the phone this morning to confirm, and she didn't see anything on the books or in the queue so she suggested I resend another request.
I would like to request the 'Standard Package' for renting the pavilion, kitchen, and dance hall on Saturday, October 22nd at Brownsville Park. It would be a gathering in the pavilion of no more than 100 people to celebrate the life of Debi Beach Stutz Denning. There will be pre-cooked food served so the kitchen would be used for prep and clean-up. If the picnic table currently in the pavilion are provided with the reservation, no chairs of table rentals are needed. Time of the event is yet to be determined but the 'Standard Package' didn't specify if the rental fees covered the full day. Please clarify.
The reservation covers the whole day. A $150 deposit will need to be paid ASAP to hold your date. There is also paperwork to fill out.
