The purpose of the event is to host a bicycle ride as we've done in the past. This time is just a one day event and we are not offering camping (at least through our registration platform). The coordination team would arrive approximately 6:30/7:00am to begin setting up for rider check-in and then participants will be out riding the roads of Linn County. We would only be using the pavilion area and not need access to the kitchen or dance hall. We will be serving lunch to the participants through a catering outfit.
