Prepwork for booksale

To have a space to convene the meeting.

Story telling about Oregon's Black Pioneers and Kalapuyans. The Kalapuyan Stories will be at 10:15, 12:15 and 2:15. The Black Pioneer stories will be 11:15, 1:15 and 3:15. The expected number of attendees, as per below - perhaps as many as 25 per session, perhaps 200 people throughout the day.
