Festival of Tents 2025. 100 Charis.
I’m getting married in town and my venue is short about 50 chairs, I need 40-50. I do not need them at the rec center, but I was directed to put that in for the location. I would just need to pick them up and I would bring them back on Sunday!
We would need use of the rec center for volleyball, cheer and basketball.
Chairs and tables for Pie Eating Contest
Hosting a baby shower for my sister. Can be somewhat flexible with the time.
Our large family would like ro reserve the rec center to be used for family Thanksgiving. We would like this to occur annually on the Sunday before Thanksgiving each year, if possible. There will be approximately 40-75 attendees each year. Please reach out with any questions you may have. We have used the rec center in the passed for this event but it has been approximately 10 years.
Can you tell me what the cost is to rent tables to pick up Friday morning and return Saturday after city wide yard sale day? CLHS Soccer team might need to rent 10-15 tables for their fundraiser but depends on cost. Thanks Betsy
