I am asking to rent 19 tables and 90 chairs for an event I am hosting at a different location on May 30th, 2026.
Coach has requested gym space this evening for an end of season party for a team. Already confirmed with volleyball director that 8pm is not going to conflict with volleyball games or practices.
I would like to rent 25 chairs for the day.
Open gym for rec center athletes
Graduation followed by volleyball.
Baketball Practice for all teams
Celebrating moms 70th birthday
