Council Meetings are at 7:00 p.m. and are held in Fisher Hall, upstairs, at City Hall, 255 N. Main Street. The public is welcome and invited to attend, and opportunities are provided at each meeting for public input. Copies of the materials provided to the City Council and agendas are available at City Hall and on-line. On rare occasions special meetings may be held. Notice will be posted on the door of City Hall at least 24 hours in advance. Click here to learn more about citizen participation. 2013 Meetings: January 22, February 26, March 26, April 23, May 27, June 25, July 23, August 27, September, 24, October 22, November 26 & December 17. Planning Commission The Planning Commission meets the second and fourth Mondays of each month, as needed. If the regular meeting date falls on a Monday holiday, the meeting is held the next evening, Tuesday. Meetings are at 7:00 p.m. and are held in Fisher Hall, upstairs, at City Hall, 255 N. Main Street. The Planning Commission does not meet unless it has business to conduct, so please contact City Planner Bill Sattler to confirm that a meeting is scheduled. 2013 Budget Committee: April 25, May 2 & May 9.
