Recently, the City upgraded the Utility Billing computer due to operational concerns. Both the computer (2002) and the printer (1993) were starting to fail. When the City made the hardware changes, the new printer could not print on the post card size bill the city has been using. We were working feverishly with the utility billing software provider (ASP) to make the billing work but it was not to be. We have went to the full page bill because that was what we could make work.

The City is in the process of upgrading the utility billing software to a Windows based system. The current software is in DOS which leads to compatibility issues. Thanks for understanding!
